Monthly Rentals in Norfolk

Sam was a pretty awesome host. and very accommodating. the house was cute and neighbors were quiet. we did have dogs above us who liked to play, but as I had dogs also, that doesn't bother me. we rented the space for a month as outage workers at the Surry power plant and had several workers on different shifts. the neighborhood and neighbors were quiet for both day and nightshift workers. the area was really cute with many restaurantsand stores close by. there was laundry facilities on site which made it easy to get done on our one day off. we did share with the neighbors but everyone was courteous, finishing the previous persons load before starting their own if need be. the house is In fact about 3 blocks from the beach which wonderful even though indidnt get to visit. back patio area with outdoor fireplace was relaxing and many beach items available for use. the place was an awesome value for what we needed.

The owners were super nice when we ran into each other! The place was super cute and great for long stays!

Julia’s place was absolutely perfect! There was plenty to do in the area. The in-person welcome was a nice touch. She was quick to respond and so kind. Her place matched the pictures. It had everything you needed for a long stay. I stayed for 2 months. The apartment exceeded my expectations and was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Very much appreciated having the off street parking and onsite laundry as well! I especially loved meeting her fur-babies! Would definitely stay again should the need arise!

This apartment was a great price and just a block from the beach. The host was very responsive as well to all of my questions and had the maintenance man over quickly to resolve any issues that came up such as getting the heat turned on when I couldn't figure out how.
