Cold baths outside or in the lake. The food is cooked on a fire or in the outdoor kitchen. Drinking water is collected from the pump house located just behind the house. Toilet visits take place in luxury. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the cottage.

The property is modern and well-equipped and things that might delight the stay is a large private sauna, outdoor jacuzzi with sea view. Since the house is by the sea, there is a private jetty to swim from. Furthermore, there is a gas grill and a couple of different but large terraces with fatboys and hammock. To Sölvesborg it takes 10 minutes by car and to Sölvesborgs GK, this year's golf club, it also takes 10 minutes.

The house is a classic red Swedish house with a view to two lakes and nothing els then forrest. The house is decorated in an old, cozy style with all the daily luxury as dishwasher, washing machine and a modern bathroom. You have access to own pier with rowboat, kayak and swimming. There are plenty of opportunities to go fishing, hiking or see moose’s or deer’s near the house

Huset ligger intill ett naturreservat och bara 50 meter till egen brygga. Hörvik har egna fiskrestauranger, glasskiosk, badstränder och gym med havsutsikt. 10 min bort med bil ligger en stormarknad med mataffär, restaurang, apotek och flera butiker. Sölvesborg ligger 20 minuters bilfärd bort, en vacker pittoresk stad.

Laga mat över öppen eld utomhus, värm tevatten på kaminen inne i stugan och bara njut av lugnet. Utekök, utedusch med varmvatten samt torrdass. Små husdjur välkomna. Fiske är ej tillåtet!

Fester ej tillåtna och det är viktigt att inte hålla hög volym utomhus på kvällarna efter 21.00.
