This place is a super nice and has cool features. Updates in the right places that make it very comfy and felt right at home. I highly recommend if you’re in the area. Very clear instructions and responsive host. We will surely stay again next year.

This has got to be one of my favorite places to stay. It is exceptionally convenient and very comfortable. Michelle is very responsive as a host. I love staying in this place and look forward to the next time, whenever that might be.

We stayed at the guesthouse as an overnight pitstop on a long road trip. The host was super helpful and responsive, we felt safe as a young family in the neighborhood, it wasn't too far off the interstate, and check in was SUPER easy! The place was clean and there was plenty of room to set up our pack and play. We would stay again!

This is one of the best places I’ve stayed for my dog and me. It was a work trip for several days and we both felt very comfortable right away. With having a dog, it was great that they had a backyard area as well. Spacious, clean, cozy. I hope this place is available the next time I have to travel to this area for work.

I had a wonderful weekend in Normandy Village! Bob and his team were responsive and very accommodating, and check-in/out instructions were clear. The space is beautiful and the location is one-of-a-kind. Quiet, peaceful, safe, and 5 minutes from Uptown Normal/ISU. A convenient yet private gem in the heart of town. The beds were comfortable, rooms were spotless, and the decor was charming. They even had a guitar and ukulele to play! Amenities were thoughtful and I had everything I needed. High ceilings made the space feel even more open, and the blend of modern appliances with historic character was perfect. I highly recommend this beautiful, cozy, and comfortable space if you’re planning a trip to Normal. I would absolutely stay here again!

This is the 2nd time we have rented the whole house. This for us is an Easter getaway where we do not leave the house and just play games with our kids, watch movies, eat together and just spend good time. This house is perfect for all of that. The hot tub is great, though the time limits are hard to work around as it would be nice to start earlier than 10 as it was great for my sore back and not going after 10 sometimes ruined some of our relaxation but not a deal breaker. The media room in the basement is one of our favorite areas. We bring our own Wii and hook it up and it is great playing the games on the large tv. We also hook up a laptop or sign into one of our streaming accounts to watch movies. Air hockey was great. The bumper pool table needs work, it appears most of the bumpers are missing the nuts that attach them to the table so they did not work well. it was also way out of level. So we kind of fixed that. Kitchen is nice and the bedrooms are great.

Absolutely wonderful experience from beginning to end. Well-maintained, relaxing, soothing, and just all around beautiful. Hope to visit again.

Great space! We stayed for a family weekend and couldn’t have asked for a more fun experience! Very family friendly. The house, yard, and game room were all extremely clean and well organized. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly! Highly recommend booking for your next trip.

As frequent travelers, we have encountered more than our fair share of subpar rental quality. However, this experience was entirely different. The owners’ care for providing an exceptional guest experience is evident in every aspect of the property. We eagerly anticipate future visits and highly recommend this rental to others seeking a memorable stay.

The home was beautiful! I had my son’s birthday at this location. Andy and Marie were very nice. They even came by to bring Easter baskets and gifts for the kids, my brother and I. We absolutely enjoyed our stay! There was so much to do inside the home and in the backyard. Andy and Marie communicated very well even at late night hours.

We had a lovely stay in Bloomington to celebrate our parents' anniversary. Kristin's place was large enough to accompany our larger multi-family group, but had smaller seating areas (both indoors and outside) so guests could reconnect in more intimate conversations. The basement provides TONS of entertainment--the children described it as EPIC!
