Our house in the Stockholm archipelago has a unique location, is completely self-sufficient in electricity through solar cells, and not connected to the electricity grid. The house is "off grid" and is now 98% complete. All functionality is ready, there are a few beauty spots. The stairs, for example, have no handrail yet.

Soludden Eckerö

Cozy little cottage with open plan, mini kitchen, gas stove, microwave and refrigerator. Two bar stools with possibility to eat breakfast inside. A small sleeping alcove with double bed and separate sauna. There are two decks, the one in the west has dining table for 6 people with an incredible view of the open sea and the horizon. There's also an outdoor sink on the east side deck as well as a gas grill. A dry toilet directly outside the sauna as well as a separate newly built shower and laundry house as well as a freezer toilet a little bit away.

The cottage has a newly built kitchen, bathroom with underfloor heating, washing machine and dryer. Welcome to stay in this newly renovated archipelago cottage in beautiful Roslagen. The accommodation is located a few minutes' walk to the swimming area, Roslagsleden, nature reserve and nice running trails. Just outside the property is a popular playground. The bedroom has two sleeping places and the sofa bed in the living room two more. You can reach Norrtälje city center in 3 minutes by car or 15 minutes by foot. Close to Kapellskär and excursions to Åland. Unfortunately, the house cannot be booked for parties.

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende. Mitt i naturen med vackra vyer åt alla håll, njuter man av skärgården året om. Huset har ett väl utrustat kök, kamin att elda i, ett nybyggt gästhus samt en stor fin vedeldad bastu. Alla material är genomgående exklusiva och huset är byggt 2023 via husleverantören ”Sommarnöje”. Båda husen har en vacker altan runt om, vilket gör att man alltid kan njuta av solen på flera platser. En stig leder ner till en privat brygga och bjuder in till bad.
