Lovely newly renovated house with underfloor heating, Genvex, covered terrace and garden, central, with peek of the city's beautiful landmarks; the walking tower. With just 50 meters to shopping, the city square and the main street you have close proximity to everything and can enjoy the holiday in this little gem, which is located on a small closed road. With 5 minutes walk you are up on the medieval Borg area, which has beautiful ruins, Denmark's Borgcenter, Botanical Garden and views of the harbour and Farøbroerne. And it's only a 10 minute walk to a forest.

Welcome to this cozy and well maintained cottage on 55 m2 with 5 beds. The cottage has a south facing wooden terrace and a screened garden with plenty space for playing/relaxing.
