Stay on a magical 150m2 houseboat in the middle of Copenhagen with 360° views of the water, private swimming ladder and 200 meters to the subway. Skansehage is a 32-meter long houseboat from 1958 built in wood, now transformed from a car ferry into a floating home. Possibility to swim both winter and summer. Large front deck and aft deck with urban farming, outdoor dining, and sunbathing. There are 5 meters to the ceiling inside with open living room with kitchen, dining and living room. Below deck there are 2 cabins and 1 master bedroom as well as toilet, bath and music scene.

Nice warm apartment you have for yourselves with a mini kitchen, bathroom and nice bed with down duvets. Private entrance. Lovely environment. Wifi and TV. Extra small cozy living room with radio. I will be at your disposal with any questions. There's plenty of room for your stuff. Including bed linen/towels. Large selection of cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and specialty shops + best ice cream dairy : ) 10 min walk to Dyssegård St., train to city center, 15 min. Bus 6A (3 min.) to city center, 20-25 min. Note: Ceiling height 190 cm.

Kitchenette with cooking facilities, refrigerator, microoven, toaster and electric kettle. - washing machine/drier, that you may use ONLY upon request :) I speak fluent English/French. German and understand Italian.

Lejligheden ligger meget centralt i Kbh med kun 3,7 km til Rådhuspladsen og kun 250 meter til metroen. Lejligheden har et køkken/alrum, soveværelse med dobbeltseng, badeværelse og entré. Jeg anbefaler lejligheden til 2 personer, men I er velkomne til at bo 3, men så skal den sidste sove på madras i stuen, hvilket mine egne gæster også gør. Udenfor er der en lille terrasse med bord og stole.
