Monthly Rentals in North Adams

Amber is an excellent communicator. The apartment is very well equipped and easy to adapt to. Great location, easy to find and has a dedicated parking spot which is terrific where there is no overnight on street parking. AND we even had fresh eggs from Amber’s hens.

This beautiful place gave us exactly the getaway experience we were looking for! It was an easy and pleasant walk to Mass MOCA and to several great cafes, bars, and restaurants. Mátti was so responsive and warm, even making the place available for early check-in at late notice and offering us an umbrella for the rain! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Tom was incredibly gracious and responsive. There were little touches about the place that made it feel that more comfortable: coffee pods and half and half in the fridge, a bottle of wine, plenty of towels, blankets, cooking tools, etc - more than just your average sterile short term rental. It was absolutely spotless and felt very comfortable. The only thing I would have wanted to know about ahead of time is how steep the driveway and street are leading up to the building - normally that wouldn’t be a big deal but we were hit with some wicked winter weather so it was a bit dodgy getting in and out of the parking lot. Overall a great, convenient, comfortable stay - very grateful to Tom and Cathy!

Wonderful home! We stayed for a hockey tournament with another family and it was in perfect proximity to the rink. Home was spacious and had everything we needed. Would recommend to anyone.
