Guest must be able to climb a flight of stairs to access the apartment. Access to the main house is closed. We do have dogs in the main house, they do not have access to the upstairs apartment.

A gorgeous 3 bed/2 bath historic home with a nice screened porch and large back patio/porch! The house was originally built in 1934 and known as Hillcrest Farm due to being located at the top of the hill coming up from downtown Augusta. Also, we can't forget to mention the location! This house couldn't be in a better location. It is conveniently located 5 min from AU Medical Center/Campus and about 7 min from Downtown Augusta. Perfect for students or medical professionals!

I-20: 3 mins away I-25: 2 mins away Augusta National: 15 mins away Quiet neighborhood for a peaceful night. Walmart super center is 3 minutes away. Washer and Dryer are not available.
