Hampton beach is 4 min drive, 40 mins walking, 16 mins bicycle Good access to freeways, We are closed to the beautiful seacoast line, ports like Portsmouth NH, Rye NH, Kittery, Portland ME, Newburyport MA, only 50 mins to Boston, great restaurants, beautiful landscaping walks, and state parks.

Enjoy the great view of Hampton Beach through the sliding glass door in the front living room or the large deck just outside. Bedroom with queen size bed sleeps 2. Traveling with kids? Sofa in the front room folds out into a full-size bed, and an pull out sleeper chair in the rear niche expands to a single bed. 4th floor. No elevator. Non-smoking unit, no pets.

Welcome to your ocean view vacation spot. This ocean front studio has all you need for a true vacation. Directly across the street from North Beach. During high tide, head over to Hampton Beach, which is only about a mile away. Condo has a kitchenette, queen bed, and full-size pull-out sofa. Bring your flip flops, sunscreen and get ready to enjoy the sun and sand. Please note that there are cameras in the parking lot, lobby, and hallways leading to the condo.
