Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in North Jakarta City

The house is huge, and Ira was very responsive. We came as big family who would like to attend a wedding ceremony and party. Ira was helpful and the place was better than I expected.

We absolutely loved this property! Mas Bagus was super responsive, answering all my questions before booking and even asking how we’d like the extra bed set up—great service! The property exceeded expectations: spacious parking (even fits a HiAce!), a huge living room, and a spotless kitchen fully stocked with a stove, fridge, blender, rice cooker, microwave, and enough utensils for everyone. The dining table fits 16 people, and there are two water dispensers for added convenience. The bedrooms were super comfy with King Koil beds, and each of the 7 bedrooms has its own clean bathroom, plus coffee, tea, towel hangers, cabinets, and TVs. We also loved the rooftop—perfect for hanging out and great for kids to play! They provided a washing machine, detergent, and an iron, which was so helpful as we prepared for a wedding. Overall, everything was perfect! Thank you for the excellent service and hospitality. 😊

I stayed for 4 nights with my family. The listing is exactly as described. Mr. Ivan’s staff met me at check-in time to give access card and show the unit. Communication with host before and during my stay was good. There was an issue during my stay so I text Mr. Ivan and fortunately he gave a quick respond. The listing is on high floor so I can enjoyed city view both day and night. The apartment itself located right across Mall of Indonesia via Lobby 7, where wide variety of restaurants located. Overall me and my family enjoyed my stay here.

Big space and super clean place, the location also good because connect to garden, all is worth the price. but maybe not suitable if bring baby or for house party because the neighborhood is want peaceful and bit annoy with noisy. overall, theresia is really a good host and i'll recommend her place to my friends. Booked this place pretty last minute for an impromptu sleepover with friends (one of us just went through a breakup—yikes), and we’re so glad we chose this place! The host was super communicative and gave very clear instructions throughout. The place was really clean and surprisingly well-stocked with amenities. While a couple of appliances like the microwave and hair dryer weren’t working, everything else more than made up for it. The beds were suuuuuuper comfortable, the showers were great, and the AC worked perfectly. The host was also really thoughtful! There were cold mineral waters ready for us, and even some complimentary snacks, which honestly made it feel even more homey. It was quiet, peaceful, and truly, you could just walk in with your clothes and a pack of Indomie and be good to go! Would definitely recommend 💯 and will definitely book this place again

I had a great stay at Yussy Place. Check in was easy and the place was so cute, nice view and perfect for couples. your location is great with the mall just second from you and great outside area. In future I would definitely return to stay here.

Patrick is a really great host. He's always responsive, clearly gave instructions. His unit is cozy, well-maintained, and the apartment itself is modern, smells good, plus friendly staffs in the lobby. Also it only takes less than 3 mins walk to Green Sedayu Mall. Would like to stay there again!

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to stay because of the renovation but I stayed nearby for a month and this is a great location. one of the best places to stay in Jakarta. Definitely. Look here first when i'm coming back and great communication

At first i had a lot of questions beacuse it was new in Airbnb, and so happy that the host is so friendly! And fast response! I had no regret book this place! I LOVED ITTT!!! It had a big livingroom, bedrooms. Felt like home🥰 And it is easy to go anywhere too. It is totally worth it!🫶🏻
