Spacious beach cottage with accommodation downstairs for three people. In addition, the upstairs is available in the summer, with accommodation for nine people. A lakeside sauna with a good beach and a large jetty. Additional space for two in the beach shed. A rowboat, paddleboard, gas grill and brick barbecue are available on the beach. Laavu is 2km away by hiking trails, or by car the remaining distance is 400m by hiking trails. The lean-to has a sausage grill and a stove for making coffee. (bring water). Ranta-Mäntylä sijaitsee kauniin ja kalaisan järven (Kallavesi) rannalla, luonnon helmassa, kotimme pihapiirissä, vain 25 min ajomatkan päässä kaupungeista Kuopio ja Leppävirta. Kohteeseen kuuluu kaksi rakennusta. Lämmitetyssä mökissä majoittuu mukavasti kaksi henkilöä. Nukkuma-aitassa on kesäaikana nukkumapaikat kahdelle. Majoittujien käytössä on grilli, sup-lauta ja soutuvene. Kylpytynnyrin käytöstä lisämaksu. Varaathan kylpytynnyrin etukäteen.
