Monthly Rentals in North-West District

Bev's place is great value...its really awesome to have essentially a whole house to one's self with fully kitted out modern kitchen & very efficient aircons in lounge (which also cooled the kitchen, passage and even to a degree the bathroom) & bedroom. It's in a quiet, safe & central neighbourhood, about 3 houses back from the main road so minimal noise from the traffic. Bev was not in town during my stay, but was always available online to sort out a few things / queries. Bev also responded quickly & thankfully accepted my very last minute booking. Her sister Tracy checked me in & was also very helpful & proactive, even bringing 2 x 20L containers of water at 06h30, when the 5,000L water tank that supplies the house, unexpectedly ran dry. Everything is new in the kitchen & it has a large comfortable bed. My only minor quibble would be the couch isn't the most comfortable, although strangely, the matching chair is much better. Very good value & look forward to staying again.

Sese’s place is great and matches the description. Everything was clean, AC in bedroom works great and the shower is hot. I read a review that it takes 40 minutes for the water to get hot, didn’t time it but is probably closer to 10-15 minutes. Sese met me at the airport and we took a taxi to the house. Once I had the location getting a taxi to anywhere I wanted to go was very east as there is a main road less than a minute walk away with a constant flow of taxis (8 pula or 30 for a special). She also messaged periodically to see how I was doing or if I need anything. She is a very responsive and present host (while giving the privacy of the private guest home on the property). I would certainly stay here again. Nice house that is easy to get to anywhere from (including airport) and is good value for the price. Much nicer than a room in a guest house.

Mauri, Paul & all the crew are a special kind of people. Had the most amazing stay, had the whole place to myself and felt like part of the family when I left. Thank you Bell Frog see you very soon 🙏

Birdsong was a peaceful, quiet and private getaway. It was in a perfect location and the pool was a plus for my kids. From check in till we left, we felt welcome and right at home. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again.
