Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This is a large (1600 sq. ft.) kid friendly cottage that has all of the conveniences of a home with the beauty and charm of a lakefront cabin. The construction was finished in 2024 so everything is new including the furniture and appliances. The cabin waterfront is in a shallow cove. The depth at the end of the dock is less than 3 feet making it a good place for wading and exploring for kids. Water shoes recommended.

Embden is the 3rd cleanest lake in Maine and our lot is wooded for nice privacy. Fire pit, lounge chairs and hammock at the water's edge. Kayak, paddleboard, swim, yard games, fish or relax! Great golf close by! In the winter warm up by the fire after playing outside (sugarloaf 35 mins) ski, snowmobile, ice fish for salmon! Our driveway accommodates trailers.

This is the perfect location for a family vacation or business/working people who travel and have temporary assignments lasting one week to several months. Cabins are fully furnished and include: heat, hot water, electricity, Direct TV, WiFi, trash removal, driveway and roadway plowing. The Beaver Cove Marina is a short drive away and provides convenient access to launch your boat for the day.

Windy Point Cottage on Ambajejus Lake

Windy Point Cottage is a full amenity waterfront cottage. Located on Ambajejus Lake, we are only 8 miles outside of Millinocket and about 15 to Baxter State Park. Enjoy the use of our beach and kayaks and then relax on the wrap around deck and watch our amazing sunsets. We also have a fire pit/wood for those nights of sitting around a fire telling stories and creating memories. A gas grill and picnic table are also on premises as well as a screened gazebo.
