Vacation rentals with a patio in Northern New Mexico

Great location; easy to walk to Plaza and restaurants, shops, museums. Had all desired amenities. Is on an active street - but Santa Fe wraps up early and the level of traffic drops early, so it's no issue for sleeping noise.

This was an amazing place to stay. Just what I was looking for. It was quiet and in a beautiful neighborhood.

Stay was fantastic. Loved the hot tub! Spacious place and very clean. loved the eclectic decor.

The apartment was very clean and cozy; I struggled with the key fob, but only because I've never experienced one like it prior. The host was extremely responsive and helpful, which I appreciate very much. The ONLY area of concern was the tenant directly above - that person stomps when they walk and it's so loud! Around 10pm, they sound like they are moving furniture and there's so much noise and banging; you can tell when they are awake. But, this is the host's fault/doing, but I'm adding it as an awareness item. I enjoyed my stay here!

Had a great stay, the house was clean and had everything we needed. The house is a bit tricky to find but the host sent pictures and instructions that helped. The driveway is difficult to get into but there is plenty of street parking if you don’t feel comfortable. The house is walking distance to a park and very central. The check in process was flexible and the host was very communicative. Overall had a great stay. Thank you!

I loved my stay at Andrews place! It was super cozy and was even better in person than in the pictures! The bed was very comfortable, the views were great and it was in walking distance to parks and the cathedral.

I rented this place for a niece that was in town. They were so accommodating and kind. It was very close to my home the perfect location and spotless.

Beautiful home with an exceptional character and comfort! We loved relaxing on the patio and in the hottub after a busy day. The hosts are extremely responsive, provided a pack n play (which made our travel so much easier) and graciously allowed us to check in early after a long flight. They have thought of everything - soft bath and hot tub towels, yeti mugs and plastic wine glasses for the patio, all the little things you might need. We highly recommend!

Fidel takes great care of his home. It is VERY well appointed, very comfortable and a great floorplan. It feels like a well loved home, not a more typical air bnb. We are cooks and were very pleased with the kitchen. Location was ideal for us being walking distance to Frenchy's Park and the Santa Fe trail. Otherwise, you will need a car, but its an easy 5 to 10 minutes to shopping on Cerrillos. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine which was such a thoughtful touch. The neighborhood is the home to many dogs, so there can be barking. If you have a dog, this is a great choice. While Fidel does not live locally, communication with Fidel was easy. I highly recommend Casa Carmelita.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend it to anyone planning to visit Santa Fe. The property strikes an excellent balance of feeling secluded but still being close enough to the city to make it easily accessible. Star gazing at night is not to be missed! Diana was also a great host and was very communicative during our stay..

Home Sweet Home truly feels like home! The condo was super clean, beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed the fireplace and games. The location was also perfect! Private yet close to City Market and great restaurants (3 minutes), WalMart (5 minutes), 8 minutes to downtown (but we enjoyed spending time in the condo more than going downtown and we stayed here for the skiing at Wolf Creek). Loved everything about this condo! My favorite Airbnb! And Gayle was very responsive, even though I didn’t need much from her while there (location of sledding hill and boiling water in Colorado). We will definitely stay anytime we are back in Pagosa Springs!

This was our third time staying here. Great location, always in great shape and clean. Hot tub is a perfect way to end the day after skiing. I highly recommend this property!

Great location! We spent 4 days/5 nights in ABQ and Kristina’s place was centrally located for everything that we wanted to see and do — both in and near the city. Truth be told, we didn’t spend a lot of time there, other than to sleep. But, the kitchen is well equipped and the patio is lovely. The listing is accurate, and arrival/departure instructions were very clear. I asked Kristina for a restaurant recommendation for our 1st evening in town (casual and walkable) — and her suggestion of “Range Cafe” was spot-on. Good food, good service, and less than a 20 minute walk. I’d definitely book here again, if I were to return to ABQ. Highly recommend!

Our family had a great time here. This property has excellent views and is a great mix of a log cabin in a modern world. Robbie was an excellent host and provided great recommendations. It is just a 4 minutes drive to the Angel Fire Ski Resort. We were even able to see deers from the backyard patio. We would definitely come back.

I absolutely loved my stay at Velma and Jude’s condo. The condo was more roomy than I imagined. The kitchen was beautiful and I loved cooking meals at their place. The condo was comfortable and had everything I needed even for my short stay. The neighbors were quiet and the place in general was very calm with little to no traffic noise. The room was beautiful and her place was beautiful I loved the little details around the place and would definitely come back and stay again. It was perfect for me!

Alisa’s house was so cozy & perfectly fitted the description. We had a great stay, definitely would recommend it for anyone!

Penny’s place was just the weekend away we needed. Very cozy place with comfortable furniture and a lot of charm. Very convenient to all the action at the resort and nearby restaurants. We will remember it well and would be glad to return.

Wonderful , quiet place to unwind. Nice little private patio for a cocktail. Excellent location to walk to the Plaza and enjoy the day and restaurants. Our car was only used to get to a trailhead and Meow Wolf. We would definitely stay there again. Location is perfect. The accomodations were immaculate and a great bed!

We loved this condo! Super cozy cabin vibe. Extremely close to the shuttle route for walking in ski boots or very walkable to the base area in regular shoes. Giant kitchen island was perfect for a family dinner buffet. We cooked most meals for 5 nights with 5 people and found everything we needed in the kitchen. A dishwasher and upgraded laundry would be wonderful, but we still loved the condo and highly recommend the home owner as well. Thank you for having us! The skiing was awesome too!

Perfectly situated in Angel Fire, and the condominium is very quiet. The appartment is so confortable and very clean, practical and perfect for a family. Décoration is so pretty !! Beds and pillows are perfects ; the kitchen is full of ustensils, like at home. All details have been thought out to spend quiet time in a warm, and pretty home. Maggie anticipate all you can need, and suggests all the things you can do in Angel fire to plane activities during your stay. Everything was perfect for these 4 nights during skiing period, and for sure we will come back ! Thank you for all Maggie !! It was fabulous !!
