Private suite vacation rentals in Northern New Mexico

My fiancé and I were looking for an intimate and quiet place to stay for the weekend without a long drive from the city. The casita was perfect! It was cozy, clean and very romantic. The wood burning fireplace was great to have since there was about 6” of snow our first night. We will definitely stay here again. CJ was very friendly and communicated with us before and after the stay. 5 STARS!

Stayed here for 2 nights to explore the Great Sand Dunes and the quiet little town of Alamosa. Mary is so responsive and very friendly! It's close (walkable) to most restaurants in Alamosa and 30 minutes to the Great Sand Dunes. The house has a couple parking spaces, full kitchen, washer/dryer and is pet friendly! Definitely recommend!

This was our second stay at Kate's Place and my husband and I were, once again, impressed by our hosts and the accomodations. Room layout, kitchen and bathroom equipment, comfort of the bed and layout, were all excellent. Parking in the driveway was great, as was outdoor and indoor table and chairs. Directly across the road is a view of the Animas River, with river access from a small beach, and the Animas River Trail (with access to a dirt trail on the left side and to a paved trail on the right side). Shopping, restaurants, and access to downtown are blocks away, as is the road that proceeds to the ski resort. Hosts were present, friendly, and available.

Really enjoyed our stay in this real adobe home! Especially appreciated the great story about the property and how it was acquired by Cary’s grandparents. We had only a short 2 night stay but I felt like this information colored my experience, it stayed on my mind as I was using the space and made it more special. The apartment is spacious, beautifully furnished and decorated with antiques and charming hand-painted murals. Would recommend to anybody who wants to experience adobe living!

This AirBnB is a wonderful treasure!! It is very comfortable, extremely clean, so many details have been thought of that make it easy to feel at home, the list of amenities is really too numerous to count and the hosts are extremely responsive and friendly!! They are just so hospitable, right down to the whip cream for the hot chocolate bar!!

We had a 5 night stay in this lovely Airbnb. The place was clean and had all the amenities you could need. To save money, we cooked almost all our meals. The kitchenette was perfect for reheating our meals and all the dishes we needed were there. Was a great place to relax after long ski days.

Brian was a great host. Responsive and helpful when needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, even with the unexpected snowstorm that blew in. It was easy to find. Google maps was 99% accurate, the driveway turn in is just before the spot marked on Gmaps. Brian provided detailed directions and instructions for self check in. I would love to stay here again in the future!

The studio really is as beautiful as the photos! I loved the bright colors and details Vanya added to the space. The bed was very comfortable and we didn’t experience any nighttime noise from the neighbor. We had everything we needed to make breakfast. I appreciate Vanya’s commitment to reducing waste by offering recycling and composting, as well as reusable napkins/paper towels. She also gave us lots of local restaurant recommendations. I would certainly stay here again!

David place was great and as listed. Clean, good communication and in a beautiful spot. Great stay and a great spot to book if you plan on snowboarding at Angel Fire Resort.

Loved our stay! Will definitely be back next year :). Sitting on the porch at night is beautiful. And the couch mattress topper makes sleeping in the couch comfortable!

Good stay thank you, only small thing is wish he provided body lotion , shower cap and better coffee. Also the soap in the shower was empty.

This space was the perfect retreat for a weary hiker! It was adorable, clean, comfortable, and the Casita had everything I needed as an out of town traveler with a very hectic schedule. I was able to rest, recharge, relax & I enjoyed the serenity & peace of this cozy Casita before an early flight the next morning. Maura & Andre's space had so many thoughtful & considerate touches that I'll be sure to return the next time I'm in or near ABQ. Thank you for such a lovely stay! Your kindness, hospitality, and traveler's sanctuary that had every single thing I needed for an experience that exceeded all expectations! 15 out of 10! Two thumbs up! Highly recommend!

This is a truly beautiful property- so unique and peaceful. It’s well designed and has great views. It’s a quick drive to the main downtown area in Santa Fe. Definitely be aware though that it’s much smaller than it appears in pictures. There is no common area inside to sit in which makes it a little awkward at times. I think the property is better for a couple (and maybe one child) but wouldn’t recommend it for 4 people as advertised. The hosts were both very responsive and kind!

Just as described. A spacious and accommodating stay. Amy was very responsive and nice. The bed was comfortable and it was nice to have streaming services and internet available since the town closes rather early. Nice view from outside and very quiet surroundings. Be prepared to drive down a long, winding dirt road as it’s the very last house. Just a little strange that the bathroom lights have timers. TV is small, but does the job. Great stay overall!

Very peaceful location and beautiful surroundings. Unit was just as described. Fully stocked and plenty of space to relax inside and out. Kitchen amenities were good and laundry facilities a bonus. Only minor inconvenience was having to wash dishes in the laundry room sink, but the setup was well done. Greatly appreciated it being pet friendly. Would definitely stay again when visiting the area.

Adorable place at a great location! Private courtyard was perfect for relaxing with coffee in the morning and having dinner in the evening. We were even able to do a load of laundry the evening before we left. Definitely recommend staying here

Great location close to old town about 10-15mins walk. Place has a private entrance. Was clean. Worth the price.

Devan’s place is very cozy and comfortable and Devan is an amazing host. He went above and beyond when I had a medical emergency and was extremely compassionate and understanding. You’ll have an amazing stay.

I had a lovely and peaceful stay at Lesley's place. The property was very beautiful and well cared for. It was conveniently located outside of town, but within easy driving distance to stores and restaurants. The place was very clean, and I appreciated the thoughtfulness and Lesley put into the layout and the amenities to ensure everyone will have a great stay.

Pictures don't do it justice. Great quality and value. felt very comfortable during our stay. Would highly recommend!
