Pristine Private Beach! Genuine Tiny House perched right on the shore of Rio Grande! The tinyhouse movement is an architectural & social movement that advocates the efficiency of small homes. This one is called Beach Hut for a good reason, considering its surroundings :). Feel at Home at Casa Café in the heart of downtown

I designed this house thinking about a business person who needs to have meetings and work in a very private environment. I was inspired by the scientists who previously stayed in my studio and worked at Los Alamos lab. This house is also ideal for members of the film industry as well as the Santa Fe Opera. There is adequate room and seating in the living room for 10+ people. One of the bedrooms doubles as an office. The price includes the NMGR Tax of 8.475%. The cleaning fee is weekly.
