We had a lovely time at Jean-Luc and Sandrine’s beautiful home. It was a perfect place to base ourselves for a short stay in Noumea. Their place is a short walk from food, shops, and attractions. Jean-Luc was super responsive - we had a minor hiccup (a translation issue) about the number of beds required, so encourage you to be clear about bedding required. Otherwise, we had no issues finding the place or feeling at home. Highly recommend.

This was our 2nd stay at Vincent's home. Very nice house, with a kitchen area and outdoor faré, a swimming pool that was well appreciated by the children. Vincent is a pleasant host, very responsive and very kind. We will rent it again without hesitation.

There was 6 of us friends and 1 toddler and the place was so great for us to enjoy ourselves. It felt very private and peaceful. The pool was amazing and the undercover outdoor area was the best for nighttime! Morgan was super accommodating and helpful. We would stay again!

Great spot to discover New Caledonia. Judiciously placed in an idyllic and ultra quiet setting, at the entrance to Nouméa and close to shops. The house is beautiful and comfortable

I liked the space right away; it's spacious, comfortable, and relatively quiet. It conforms to the description. The small garden is protected by a barrier that ensures a minimum of privacy. It's very nice to have meals on the terrace. The place is conveniently located, close to restaurants and the beach, within walking distance. Camille and Ulysses are adorable and very responsive. I appreciated their way of inquiring about my well-being. In the kitchen as in the bathroom, there are a few small touches that make life easier in case we forget to bring them. I warmly recommend this place.

This is my second visit to Serge's place. It is always very welcoming. Accommodation as described, well located in the city center, in a quiet area, close to all amenities. Would highly recommend to all guests I would definitely come back to her place. Many thanks Serge!!!!!

Very clear instructions - we arrived at midnight and found it without any hassle. Vanessa is very responsive if we had a question. The apartment is spacious clean, and the balcony fantastic with sea view. We probably spent more time on this balcony than in the house. We were with family (2 adults and a 3 and a half year old child) and loved everything - the proximity to the beach is a sure asset! May be a little noisy on Saturday nights but it's the Baie des Citrons. Definitely recommend. We will be back for our next stay!
