Ideally situated on the bank of the River Vézere in the pre-historic area known as the 'Vallée de L'Homme' between the fascinating town of Les Eyzies and market town of Le Bugue. To explore the area we offer FREE use of mountain bikes and a kayak*, there is direct access to the river and a 12km cycle path. Our cottage for 4 people will offer you all the comfort to enjoy the wonders of the region: The medieval city of Rocamadour, the Gouffre de Padirac, Collonges-la-Rouge, Martel, Loubressac, Autoire, or Carennac.... Natives of the country, we will be able to advise you on the places and activities not to be missed.

The studio is located in the Chateau Salamon, which overlooks the Tarn river (or Lake of Lacroux) and benefits from an exceptional view. The omnipresent nature invites calm and relaxation. It has a private beach with pontoon and a "Jeu de boules" playground. Many activities: walks and hikes from the castle, canoes (included in the rental), fishing (with or without a fishing license), cultural visits, etc. Great attention has been paid to the pleasure, relaxation and aesthetics of the place.
