My accommodation is 700 m from the city centre. It is close to a shopping centre, the airport, the train station, restaurants, art and culture due to its position in relation to the tram stations A and F, buses (beaches), and bicycles. You will appreciate our accommodation for the tranquility that emanates from it, its facilities, its comfort, my availability and my responsiveness. Your accommodation is suitable for solo or business travellers, 1 couple with 2 children or 3 adults with a child from 0 to 3 years old.

Our aim is to provide travelers with the best possible accommodation within a reasonable budget. Our 16m² studio, though simple, is highly functional and has been completely renovated in 2023. It is conveniently located within walking distance of all necessary shops. You can check-in at your convenience, park temporarily in front of the door to unload your luggage, and then find nearby free parking. Bus lines L109 to Labège or L6 and 81 to Toulouse via the metro are just 100 meters away
