You will appreciate the calm and comfort as well as its location in the heart of Bordeaux. Apartment on the 3rd floor, without elevator access. The apartment consists of a large and pleasant 32 m2 living room, a bedroom and a duplex bathroom. It is possible to sleep 2 children on the 2 sofas in the living room, each equipped with a comfortable 80/200 cm mattress. In the large and pleasant kitchen bathed in light you will find all the comforts: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, induction stove, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine. 4 public parking lots are nearby between 3 to 5 minutes' walk. Please note that the apartment is on the 3rd floor without elevator access. I will be available to guests before and throughout their stay to provide the necessary information about the city, its activities... The prestigious address of this apartment will allow you to enjoy the whole city of Bordeaux on foot: Place Gambetta, the Grand Hommes and the Grand Théâtre but also, of course, museums, shops and restaurants.
