Perfect for your stay in a cure, a professional stay, your internship or your holiday in Savoie. Quiet residence secured by digicode. For a stay longer than 7 nights: I will ask you for a deposit check of €300 which I will return at the end of your stay. Bed linen provided. English / Italiano.

IMPORTANT: Duplex type accommodation with bathroom and toilet on the ground floor, sheets and towels are provided but there is no pediatric equipment, children must be at least 4 years old. We offer you for rent part of our carefully renovated house. It is located in the heart of a typical Savoyard village with panoramic views of the Chartreuse mountain range. All shops and restaurants are steps from the house. Rivieralp Leisure Center with ecological swimming is a 3-minute walk away. Free parking is right next to the accommodation, we have a private courtyard for motorcycles. Breakfast on request for an extra 7 euros.

Welcome to Novalaise in this former carpentry workshop converted into a comfortable apartment. Its geographical location will allow you to discover a region made up of lakes and mountains, green landscapes but also sites steeped in history and culture. You will live to the rhythm of the village near Lake Aiguebelette but also highways allowing you quick access to many sites in Savoie, Haute Savoie, Isère or Ain. Our home will be yours!

Completely renovated townhouse in the heart of Novalaise, a pleasant village with all shops and local services. Located in the heart of the Avant-Pays-Savoyard, 5 km from Lake Aiguebelette. The preserved natural setting offers the calm and sweetness of country life: all nature recreation activities are possible (hiking, swimming, paragliding, mountain biking...) Close to junction 12 of the A43, highway leading to the Savoie ski resorts.

We offer a room with a separate entrance. This room is part of a farmhouse renovated with organic and eco-friendly materials (just like the Airbnb room). We are located on the heights of a Savoyard village, on the Chemin de Compostelle, 5 minutes from the highway, 50 minutes from Lyon, 20 minutes from Chambéry and 40 minutes from Annecy. We are at the gates of the Chartreuse mountain range and not far from Lake Aiguebelette.

Welcome to l 'Escapade Emeraude, furnished holiday rental (6/8 people) ideally located less than 300 metres from Lake Aiguebelette. This comfortable house, its courtyard and its garden will bring you all the satisfactions for a successful stay. The service includes private access to the municipal port and its pontoon, allowing the launch of any boat. On option, you can also have our boat (excluding winter period).

You will enjoy the swimming pool available from May to the end of September, the private spa available all year round as well as the outdoor sauna with wood fire and its terraces. The accommodation, close to Exit 12 of A43. We are 49 minutes to 1 hour from the ski resorts. This rental is only for 2 adults.

The apartment is located in the centre of the village of Paladru in a former hotel that has become residential. The turret restaurant is at the foot of the building. The closest beach is 300 m away (land, beach and restaurant). The Archaeological Museum of Lake Paladru is a 100 m away. Grocery store that also sells bread 50 meters away.

Le Sartot is an independent accommodation on our main place of residence, in the Chartreuse Regional Park, more precisely in the Savoie vineyard and close to Chambéry. Starting point for the Chartreuse, Bauges and Belledonne massifs. Very quiet place.
