Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Novalja

Great house for two families. Great view, nice pool, everything available. Attention supermarket 40 min. away. We had a super nice holiday

The place is really fantastic. Everything was clean and tidy, the landlords were extremely friendly and very accommodating. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

Charming, clean, stylish, well equipped house with lots of character and breathtaking views. We had a delightful 6 night stay. She surprised us with a home made goodies. Unlike in other houses that we experienced in Croatia, we found everything we needed, from all kitchen equipment including sponges, hand soap, salt, pepper, some extra spices, dishwasher tablets and perfectly working A/C. We used a BBG, which also had wood and utensils. The terrace is great but the heated pool was and a swing was an absolute hit for our 5 year old. The beaches were about 500-700m away, I loved the hills for my morning runs. There are few ok restaurants not far from the house. If/ when we come to Zubovići again, this is where we will choose to go !

The place is generali awsome. Wonderful sea coast view, nice peaceful beaches with great and safe access to the sea few minutes walk away from the apartement. We are family with small kids looking for peaceful place to get rest and it exceeded our expectation. The apartement is in much better condition and equipment, than appears on the pictures, so we were nicely supprised. It was our first experience with AirBNB and it was really great experience. Davorka apartments from the balconies offer a beautiful view of the bay in Šimuni. It was nice to see it every day. The hosts were kind, courteous, and helpful. We felt really comfortable and at home here. Apartments Davorki are on a small hill, near the harbor, the center of the village and a little off the beach (about 10 min walk), but it's a nice walk. My family of 4 recommends this place. / From the house of Davorka, from the balconies of the apartments, there is a beautiful view of the bay in Šimuni. We enjoyed watching it every day. The hosts were nice, polite and helpful. We felt really comfortable and like at home here. The apartments are on a small hill near the harbour, the village centre and a bit far from the beach (about 10 minutes walk), but it's a pleasant walk. My family of 4 recommends this place.

The appartment is very nice and modern and the view from the terrace is splendid. The appartment is 22 km far from Novalja (Zrce beach). Mrs Vrdoljak is very kind and her daughter too. They were helpful and welcoming ! I recommand :-)

Thank you for the wonderful stay! Everything was as described, the apartment clean and also well equipped. It is a quiet, family place - a great bay for swimming, snorkeling, sup, boating. From the jetty of the private beach you can jump into the water and enjoy the sun ☀️The pool is filled with fresh water daily and is great for small children. 🐳 Nearby there are two restaurants, no supermarket - the nearest shops are best reached by car in about 10- 15 min. For this you are away from the hustle and bustle of the party town of Novalija and can enjoy nature. The sunsets are spectacular. The entrances to the water and also the gardens are beautifully designed and well maintained. Unfortunately, we did not have Wi-Fi in the top apartment - access to the network only on the ground floor / garden. The hosts are very friendly, helpful and warm. Always available. 🤗 You feel welcome :) We will always be happy to come back! Thank you so much for the lovely holiday! ☀️

Marko and his family are excellent hosts, they greeted us with a smile and greeted us the last day with a smile. Despite some language issues (Zoran and his wife don't speak English), we've always found a way to understand each other. The apartment is not very big and is furnished in a basic way (kitchenette a little small but equipped with everything you need) but we still had a great week. The highlights of the apartment are the very large terrace with an unbeatable view of Pag and the sea and the parking space within the property. We found a very clean apartment, located not far from the center of Pag and the main points of interest in the city, all easily reachable even on foot. Thank you, Marko and Zoran!

When you enter the House, you feel that you arrived! The hosts are very friendly, polite and give you the good feeling to be welcome! The house is well furnished with a lot of practical equipement in good condition! The sleepingrooms are equal to each other and good eqiuped as well. In the garden you will always find a cool place under one of those trees with a fantastic view over the sea. If it is possible we will come back again and join the relaxing atmosphere and the friendly hotspot! Tanks a lot for being your guests!

Tom was a great host; very accommodating and helpful. Villa Lavenda is a beautiful, well cared for home. It was completely comfortable for our group visiting Olib. I would love to return some day.

A beautiful, quiet spot away from town and close to a great little beach/bay, down the hill from the property. A good sized swimming pool for the warmer days and lots of space for dining outside. There were lots of great places to visit all within a short drive, but we were equally happy to stay by the pool and relax. The property itself is stunning with views out over the sea. I would love to visit again sometime.

Villa Kadila was absolutely amazing and exceeded our expectations. The place was pristine and comfortable. We were able to make meals and start every morning with time outside and at the pool. We hope to be back soon! Thank you to the host for being so incredibly welcoming. 10/10! Best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Villa. Nadia and Jelena provided us with great support and were always available when we needed something. Recommendable if you want to relax, but also really easy to get to neighbouring towns/festival places. Thank you for bestowing us with an awesome trip.

We found this house to be very practical for six adults, equipped with everything we needed for a fun stay. It's also very spacious - especially loved the roominess of the bathrooms! Air conditions in all the bedrooms were much appreciated during the hot summer nights in the middle of August. And the area is fantastic with the sea so close and a small market within walking distance as well. The town is small and peaceful in comparison with lots of other places on Pag. Eduard is a very personable, accommodating, and likable host. Highly recommend!
