Mountain House Borovnica is located in Lič, just 30 minutes drive from the Adriatic Sea and 50 km from Rijeka. The house offers 2 cozy double bedrooms with shared bathroom and a folding sofa for 2 people in the living room, fully equipped kitchen with crockery and a bathroom with bathtub. The house is equipped with air conditioning, central heating and wood stove as well as with jacuzzi and infrared cabin. Forests and nearby lakes allow an active holiday as well as absolute peace.

The apartment is located in the eastern part of New Vinodolski, quiet and green, about 800 m from the center and 150 m from the sea. Situated on the second floor of the house, fully equipped, with a large balcony with a view of the slopes of Velebit, Senj chanell and the entire east coast of the island Krk. The interior consists of a kitchen, living room with sofa bed, two bathrooms and three comfortable bedrooms with seven beds (total 100 m2 balcony 15 m2).

Villa Jelena is an indigenous coastal house, completely isolated on a property of 20,000 m2. It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.
