Our house is located in the village of Villiers-au-Bouin. Wifi. Composed on the ground floor of an entrance with cupboard, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. On the 1st floor, you will find a large bedroom with a double bed and storage. There is a courtyard with garden table and chairs as well as a barbecue. Possibility to put your bikes in an outbuilding. Parking. Tassimo Possible cleaning fee €40.

Located in the south of Sarthe, this comfortable and serene cottage is only 5 minutes' drive from Noyant-village, where you will find the 1st shops. Perfect for families or groups of friends, its location allows you to discover the region without difficulty. Many activities are accessible within 30 minutes, such as the cyclo-rail, the Jules-Desbois Museum or the castles (Plessis Lyonnais, Bouchet, etc.)

Le Haut Gué is a set of former farm buildings set in peaceful countryside in the Loire Valley, some 20km north of Saumur. The separate apartment comfortably accommodates 2 people (note - double bed). The large (12mx6m) heated pool is available for guests use from May to September. Excellent base for exploring the Loire chateaux, Saumur, Angers, Tours. Good location for Le Mans 24 Hours or Le Mans Classic.
