Between Le Mans and Angers, the Domaine des Fontaines welcomes you to its "Le Cocon" cottage. Newly renovated, this former country house with all the comforts of 60 m² welcomes you for your getaways, vacations in the countryside, retreat and teleworking in the countryside or work in the region. Le Cocon offers two comfortable bedrooms, a living room-kitchen open to a green terrace and overlooking the Parc des Fontaines, consisting of a rose garden, a plant maze, a pond and forests.

A renovated attic with its own private garden

Le Grenier des Guissinnières is the former granary of a large farmhouse. Converted into a cottage that combines traditional and contemporary, it is accessed by an independent external staircase that passes above an old bread oven. This cottage has its private garden which leads to a shared pool with "la Vieille Maison" the other cottage on the property (ground floor of the building). The swimming pool is available June to September. Cottage equipped with Velux with blackout blind.

Come and relax in this quiet house, tucked away in a small village halfway between Angers and Tours, close to the Baugé Golf Course, castles and tourist sites (Le Lude and the Flèche zoo are around twenty minutes away). Old and full of charm, our holiday home will comfortably accommodate you with 10 or (even 12 with the sofa bed in the office area) friends or family. In the evening, an aperitif is taken in front of the fireplace or outside, facing the 11th century church.

Located 20 minutes from Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil and Saumur, between Tours and Angers, this place will allow you to enjoy the castles of the region and its vineyard. Great for hiking, cycling, close to horseback riding centers, lakes with water activities and tree climbing.

It is located not far from the Loire Valley castles such as Villandry or Azay-le-Rideau, the zoos of La Flèche or Doué-la-Fontaine or the vineyards of Chinon. On the leisure side, there are no less than 3 nautical bases, a cyclo rail and 2 tree climbing sites that you will find within a 30-minute radius.

This accommodation, completely independent, furnished and comfortable, is perfect for a family wishing to come and spend a relaxing vacation in a quiet environment close to nature. You can discover the many cultural and sports offers. (Loire Valley castles, vineyards, La Flèche Zoo...) as well as hiking trails.
