"Amadeo" is a secluded 9 acre get away on Saddle Mountain all to yourself, not shared. 2 cabins with 2 full baths & glorified outhouse/shower by salt water pool & spa. Outdoor lounging, covered dining areas, game area, star gazing by the fire pit. We are located 1 mile from river crossing, 5 mins from town, 10 mins from Garner. Beautiful sunsets and view of the hills, also hiking. Each cabin has queen bed, full loft, full futon couch, covered porches. We also love our guests’ fur babies!

Escape the busy life and unwind at this newly renovated 2-bedroom/2-bath home located in the unique Spanish Quarter of the historic Fort Clark Springs. This is the perfect home for exploring the history and amenities that Fort Clark Springs has to offer. The home is equipped with comforts such as wifi, washer/dryer, Keurig, and is one of the few homes in the Spanish Quarter with a private backyard! It makes for a nice outdoor space for grilling, relaxing, yard games, and even birdwatching.

In the country, just 8 minutes from Kerrville, Louise Hays River Park (kayaking, paddle boarding), H.E.B. grocery store, and great dining and entertainment options. NO PETS ALLOWED

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This is a 100 + year old remodeled backyard studio apartment with access to a shared pool, and backyard patio area. Studio apartment includes: queen size bed, pullout sofa sleeper, kitchen, full bathroom, flat-screen Fire TV, DIRECTV, and WiFi. No smoking of any kind including vaping allowed. Weekly maid service provided once a week for stays more than 7 days. No children. No more than 4 occupants. No pets.

Bunker Cove is a family-friendly home close to all the major activities surrounding Concan. The Frio River is only 1.5 mile from the house. Garner State park is only 8 miles. The home will sleep a maximum of 18 people. Each room as it's own dedicated bathroom. It's equipped with a fully furnished kitchen and complimentary linens and towels are provided for your stay. Outdoor activities such as a sand Volleyball, pool, and horseshoes are NOT shared with other guest.
