The well-being of listening to the silence, the emotion of observing the starry sky, the pleasure of enjoying breathtaking views of mountains, woods, pastures... all this is the magic of our village. Breakfast is included among our services. There are no grocery stores: go up with groceries. Strategic location with garage included in the price. 10 minutes from the center of Aosta very close to the Aosta/Pila cable car and in front of the megalithic area of Saint Martin Strategic point for departures for excursions in our mountains Very bright rooms with air conditioning, independent heating, the entire accommodation was completely renovated in 2021. It also has a private room used as a bike, ski and boot storage room. Bus stop 3 to the city center right in front of the house.

Climbing the stairs to the house (90 steps) is always worth it, because the accommodation is characterized by a lot of brightness and a view of the village. Warm, comfortable apartment, with stunning view of the Matterhorn. Full view from the living-room and, of course, from the balcony. Sleeping 3-4 people, our flat enjoys plenty of natural light. Our flat is located within 10min walking distance from the city center/Sunnegga and 15min walking distance from the main train station called 'Zermatt' (of which 5min uphill). Alternatively, you can take a cab (2min) and then walk uphill (5min).
