Relax with up to 2 families in this newly-renovated summer house located 200 meters from the water's edge and surrounded by a relaxing pine forest that makes your shoulders sink. The main house has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom (2+2+2 beds of which 2 double beds and a bunk bed). The small cottage houses 2 bedrooms and a bathroom (2+2 beds of which 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed). Around the entire cottage there is a terrace that, regardless of the time of day, has possible sunny spots. In addition, there is a glassed-in patio with infrared heating for cool evenings.

The cottage is located between Åhus and Kivik in a nature reserve along the national cycling route Sydostleden. All amenities are available for a great vacation or work. Within a mile radius, there are grocery stores, shopping, golf courses, restaurants, ice cream parlors, outdoor swimming pools, museums, art galleries and nice hiking trails. There is usually the opportunity to buy freshly baked buns locally within cycling distance.

Welcome to our beachfront oasis at the gateway to Österlen! The accommodation was completely renovated in 2023 and is only 800 meters from the beach, offering a cozy barbecue area and stunning views. Perfect for couples or small families looking for relaxation and proximity to nature. Here you can enjoy sun, swimming and barbecue evenings, as well as explore the beautiful surroundings of Österlen. A place of total relaxation and wonderful memories! Bed linen, (electric) bicycles and tennis court can be rented.

Here you have the opportunity to stay in a converted old school, the apartment is 95 sqm in size. 2 bedrooms, one with a 180 cm bed, another bedroom with a 90 cm and 120 cm bed. There is a nice private covered terrace to use, exit from the TV room, we also have an orangery where you can barbecue or just enjoy a drink. Perfect for day trips when you want to have a permanent place. Close to the sea, 1500 meters, and also close to both Yngsjö and Åhus with many restaurants.

As many people wish to rent our accommodation during high season, we prioritize longer bookings and in close connection with other previous bookings. At least 3 days' stay and the guest cleans up after himself.

Welcome to Yngsjö where the sea and forest offer total relaxation from everyday life, with nice walking and cycling opportunities! 700m to the sea where there is a minigolf course, kiosk and restaurant. Grocery store in the village that is open 24 hours a day 6 km to Åhus with a bikeroad that goes all the way, there are restaurants and bars, shops and cafes.
