It has two exterior bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a spacious living room with a fireplace and a veranda overlooking the river on the upper floor. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen with a dining area and a half bath, with access to the patio and the porch. A great deal of attention has been paid to lighting and comfort. Old chapel restored as a home in one of the most emblematic estates for making Ribeiro wine. The first mentions of the Compostelana chapter property in the vicinity of Ribadavia date back to the end of the 12th century.
