The stay at Bryan's property was perfect. The house is lovely, clean, and perfectly decorated for a pleasant and peaceful stay. Bryan was very responsive to our every need. It is the perfect getaway home to relax and enjoy. I would highly recommend both this house and the Host.

We absolutely loved staying here! Even though we were only there for one night, it was perfect! Everything was very clean and organized including the bathroom. Having small children, bathtubs are always convenient, with that being said, this was one of the cleanest bathtubs I have ever seen! Yes there is a train, but that did not bother us one bit, even my father, who is a very light sleeper. I highly recommend Emily's cute apartment! Our favorite part was the steps that light up as you go up or down! Thank you Emily for a wonderful stay!

My wife and I just completed a month long stay at this home and are confident in recommending this experience to anyone seeking a "home away from home" experience in Central Florida. From the semi-rural neighbourhood with direct waterside access on a channel connecting to the IntraCoastal Waterway to the thrill of rocket launches from the Kennedy Space Centre (thanks for the heads up, Brenda and Alan :-) ) A minor glitch getting access on arrival was resolved literally within minutes. The separate office space provided a private sleeping area for my daughter and granddaughter when they visited during our stay. The home is well-maintained and amazingly well stocked. One momentous incident came when my daughter spotted a manatee in the channel beneath her window! We had too many pleasant and comfortable experiences to adequately describe in this forum so suffice it to say we can unreservedly recommend this property to anyone fortunate enough to obtain a booking.

Very nice place in a fun location. Good fishing opportunities off of the back dock. A lot of great food within a short drive
