This magnificent house is divided in two areas: the main house hosts 3 rooms and a second building has 2 additional rooms. Another space may be set on this second house for guests who require a street-level bedroom. The property is located in Jalatlaco, one of the safest and most calm neighborhoods in Oaxaca. The bungalow has its own bathroom, a queen size bed, ceiling fan and air conditioning as well as a small kitchenete. The room is separate of the main house by the patio and garden. I live in the main house with my daughter and my two dogs . In the property I also have other small room for rent, this is just for one person and it is located in the same patio area.
