Ringaringa Beach Cottage, comfortable whole house

Very quiet location with a welcome to overseas and New Zealand visitors. Families welcome but parents are asked to remember that although the road has little traffic, the property is not fenced. We have the greatest sea views, plenty of land and pelagic birds to spot with many simple and more challenging walks available, very like New Zealand used to be. Hicks Farm accommodation offers a unit that has a bedroom and living room with your own bathroom 15m away along the outside deck. You are sharing the property with our family, the pet sheep and the local kiwi. We are a 20min walk from the centre of Oban, over a couple of hills. Please consider this before booking. Transfers are available with Aurora cabs, please contact them direct. If walking, backpacks are best and don't forget your rain jacket, it has been known to rain here!

The Garden room

The Garden room is in a quiet area of Bluff overlooking the harbour. The property has 3 accommodation areas each with private access. The Garden room is on the ground floor with sliding door access. The garden is a sun trap, but there is a heat pump for cold nights too. The accomodation has a driveway for parking (this is shared with the other accommo), but there is plenty of safe parking on the street. The ferry terminal (500m) and supermarket (400m) are a short walk away.

Fully equipped modern house, with sea view overlooking Horseshoe Bay. 2 bedrooms, sleeps 5. All linen supplied. A bird watches paradise! Kiwi can be seen on the lawn. Seafarers is ideal for those that want peace and quiet, away from the crowds and are happy to sit back, enjoy the scenery and listen to nature at it's best! The car is at your own risk, drivers must have a full license, $50 a day which includes your petrol, no need to refuel before you leave.
