Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. Our house stands on the edge of the forest and is in a large garden. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, directly under the roof. It is well equipped (see equipment) and is quiet. The nearby forest invites you to jog or go for a walk. We are only a 5 minute walk to the next bus stop. This line leads directly to downtown Darmstadt. The large garden including a playground and access to the stream can be used to relax, sunbathe, play with children, have a barbecue or have a nice evening.

Close to the beautiful Eberstädter Streuobstwiesen and within walking distance of the tram towards DA-City. The spacious apartment is located at the edge of the Odenwald, at the outskirts with views over the fields. 70-80 square meters are divided into living-dining kitchen, daylight bathroom, spacious living room and adjoining bedroom with box spring double bed.
