A two-bedroom stylish and comfortable holiday apartment for up to four, with a terrace and picture-perfect view of the valley and mountains below. A cedar barrel sauna is available (at extra cost). The entire apartment was renovated in March 2024, including a new sauna oven (it gets really, really hot now), acoustic paneling, new kitchen with Bosch appliances (oven, dishwasher), rain-water shower, a washing machine with dryer, and new beds. Modern design meets history. The listed house stands, surrounded by vineyards, in the Steeg district directly below Stahleck Castle. This unique place has a style all its own: ecological materials such as clay and wood give the house a unique flair and an unsurpassed indoor climate. The half-timbered house, built in 1622, is modernly furnished. A wood and pellet stove creates a special evening feel-good atmosphere.

The bathroom has a shower and WC, and there is also a separate WC. The covered wooden balcony (25 sqm) offers a wonderful panoramic view.

Wie sagte ein Freund: das ist ja ein Rosamunde-Pilcher-Traum... :) Das Gingerbread Guesthouse is ein 350 Jahre altes Fachwerkhaus im malerischen Städtchen Bacharach. In der 100 qm großen Ferienwohnung soll man sich sofort zuhause fühlen und die unglaublichen Ausblicke auf den berühmten Malerwinkel, die Stadtmauer mit dem Liebesturm und die Burg Stahleck genießen. Mehr Mittelrheinromantik geht nicht.
