*Remodeled January 2025! This cozy, clean casita is 4 blocks to the beach, pier, surfing, restaurants, bars, shopping, and Sunset Cliffs. You’ll love it for its walkability to everything you need. The casita is 120 square feet, a very small space (small studio with everything in one room including the bathroom), for single occupancy only, but with everything needed to enjoy a San Diego getaway. It is great for solo travelers who want to be near the heart of Ocean Beach, San Diego, California.

Charming beach cottage built in 1918. We’ve kept the original hardwood floors, wood beam ceilings & exterior. While updating to include everything you need for perfect beach vacation. The small one room studio accommodations include air conditioning, heat, queen size bed, full bath with shower & tub. Kitchenette which has microwave & 2 burner hot plate. Fast internet & a smart tv to stream apps. The cottage is one block off the main street & 2 blocks to the beach at end of our street.

*We are Covid-19 aware! We have taken extra precautions--sanitizing all surfaces possible, including remote controls, door handles, light switches, etc... after each visit! And we open all the windows to aerate before the next guests! One bedroom granny flat, separate entrance with off street parking for midsize car or smaller. Three blocks to the beach. Located at the edge of downtown OB close to all restaurants and night life. Centrally located to all main San Diego attractions.

Beach-goers and parents will appreciate the large outdoor space after the beach , keeping sand outside and tranquility inside.

Ocean Beach / Point Loma Cozi Spanish Studio

This unit is close to the beach, downtown San Diego, Sea World and the San Diego airport. Walking distance to downtown Ocean Beach, stores, restaurants, breweries and bars. Just six blocks to the ocean. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Private entrance, good for couples and solo adventurers but it is very small and may not be suitable for taller and/or larger guests. Pets welcome. Mini refrigerator, microwave, a water kettle and a kitchen sink . Again, VERY small space!

Our bright and comfy one bedroom/ one bath beach cottage is the perfect place to enjoy Ocean Beach and San Diego. It is conveniently located three blocks down the street from the beach with a full kitchen, full bathroom and private courtyard. Free parking is provided. We've taken additional steps to reduce the spread of infection due to COVID-19 with enhanced deep cleaning, linens laundered on sanitary cycle, and providing sanitary wipes to guests.

The room has a private entrance. It's ideally located in a residential area of Ocean Beach. 5 blocks to the beach, OB pier, and 2 blocks to village life, shops & restaurants. It has a queen bed, a small private bathroom with a shower, a fridge, TV, Wifi, microwave, etc. Guests will love the location and privacy! Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, etc. are available for your enjoyment. Enjoy the great ocean view from the backyard.
