Vacation rentals in Oceanway

We stayed at Paola's place for a company retreat. We were able to book both houses and they very comfortably accommodated our group of 14, with room to spare. The houses were very comfortable. The property is amazing, with direct beach access and plenty of room. Paola was a great host. Very responsive and very helpful. I would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very spacious and perfect for our trip with another family. The two toddlers had a great time running around, and we didn’t have to worry because it was very kid friendly. It was about a five minute walk to the beach, and the provided beach supplies were a great perk of the listing! It was awesome to have access to a beach wagon to carry all of our stuff. We would definitely recommend and stay again!

I can't remember which visit this is to Peter's house - maybe 7 or 8 now? My son and his family live in St. Augustine and we visit at least 2 to 3 times per year. I always check Peter's availability before we visit and if his unit is available, it is always our first choice! Meets all of our needs when we are there. Our two grandkids come and stay with us while we are there. Peter and his unit not only meets, but exceeds our expectations every time!

This house is absolutely adorable. Love every little accent and piece in the house. Super cool place for a girls weekend or bachelorette party..

Communication was top notch! A few challenges faced were solved & further check-ins were made to ensure everything continued to be satisfactory. Location was ideal for close proximity to the airport, but away from the busy city. Property was well maintained & residents were welcoming and friendly.

I love the charm of this home, chefs kitchen, the house felt spacious, we loved hanging out in the backyard and the front porch, close walk into town but close to the beaches too and lots of local restaurants in walking distance

We had the best stay at Jody’s home! It was perfect for our group of 5 adults and 2 little ones. A quick walk to the beach and heated pool made for the perfect beach vacation! The home is beautiful.
