Wir begrüßen Sie herzlich im Weinort Theilheim. Näher kann man der Natur nicht sein. Die nahegelegene Barockstadt Würzburg ist über einen malerischen Radweg (ca. 10 km) zu erreichen. Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. Holiday home right by the river

Modern penthouse, private entrance, self contained, at the outskirts of Wipfeld. Big garden, hilltop, with great view on the water, Mainwiesen and orchards. A bike path is directly in front of the house, it is a 3 minute walk to the center / shore. Also, hiking trails within the vineyards are close by. I am happy to suggest great places to hike, dine, have fun and relax during your stay. The city of Würzburg is about 30km away.

Farm Apartment 1 - Gate to the Wine Paradise

In the middle of the wine village of Weigenheim is our apartment with about 35 square meters, perfect for two persons. Optimal starting point for bike tours or hikes in the beautiful Franconian wine paradise and the Steigerwald. A feeder to the Way of St. James leads through the village. Rothenburg, Würzburg and Dinkelsbühl and Feuchtwangen can be reached in less than an hour by car. Nuremberg in about 1:15h.

Our compact 70 m² apartment on the 2nd floor can accommodate up to 4 guests and is ideal for relaxing vacations. The apartment includes a cozy living area, a double bedroom and another with a loft bed. Linens and towels are provided, so you don't have to worry about a thing. Particularly noteworthy is the spacious bathroom. In addition, an infrared cabin/heat cabin invites you to relax.

The apartment is in a quiet location near the city center (walking distance: 10 minutes). The apartment is closed and has a separate entrance. You have the option to prepare small meals, coffee or tea in the single kitchen. The outdoor seating is welcome to be used, as well as a grill is available (please ask), lawn use is not a problem.
