I cannot say enough good things about this place!! The beauty of the mountain village is breathtaking and Lucas house is so cozy and welcoming!! Highly recommend!! We stayed there while we visited family fromAmelia and toured Spoleto - so peaceful and easy access to bigger cities

Ivana was very friendly and welcoming, she made us feel at home. He gave us useful directions to the area and was easily reachable. The house was very nice and in a great location. We'll be back! Applause to Ivana!

Accommodation in a very nice village, well-equipped and in an area full of places to visit. Perfect for us who love quiet places in a beautiful setting. And for any questions, Jens was very responsive.

We spent 2 very relaxing weeks at Paolo's house. We were greeted by her mom Rita, a lovely person. The accommodation is as described and well equipped (no washing machine but possibility to ask Rita to do us laundry). Even though Paolo is not on site, he is very responsive and considerate. A very convenient village grocery store at very competitive prices is close by. The village of Paggese is friendly and its location between the Sybillins Mountains and the sea allows you to vary the pleasures. We'll be happy to go back.
