Very clean and comfortable. The hottest hot water I’ve ever had come out of an electric shower head. Easy checkin. Not much in easy walking distance, but the Walmart and Sam’s club is close.

If you're looking for a quiet place to stay working online, this place is perfect. Frida is very quiet and friendly, privacy with her is absolute😬 The room is very spacious, bright, with good closet and bookshelf,the bed is very comfortable, there is a good table to work by the window, the internet is good and fast enough (between 6-8Mbps) to work online and video calls. The bathroom is equally very spacious, there is hot water and although it is not inside the room, it is very close to the room. From Frida's house you can walk everywhere, from the main square as well as to the boulevard where you find the combis that take you to all the things to visit around Comitán. Recommendations for eating in the Committee: - "Valuables of the like" Restaurant (test the bone🤤) - Pizzeria Sanse - Mercado 1o de Mayo (cheap and traditional breakfasts) - Mercado de San José (somewhat expensive but very varied with several sushi restaurants, pasta, Mexican food, burgers, etc and you can have coffee and cocktails) Thank you Frida😉

A very comfortable stay the place is just like the description very clean, tidy and cozy. It is also in a very quiet area ideal for those who are looking to get away from the daily noise of the city while still being in the area close to the center of Comitan. The hostess is very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend the house and would love to return on the next trip.

I loved my stay at Karmitha’s Garden. The hosts were very friendly and always answered our questions in a timely manner. I loved the garden; I found my stay to be peaceful and beautiful. I also loved how clean our room was. I felt safe here and it’s located at a convenient location in Comitan. I will definitely come back.

Well, I did not like the town of Ocosingo, it's really rushy place. For that reason I am really glad I spent my time there in this accomodation, it was like a peaceful gem in all that madness. Beautiful place to have a good rest, with peaceful garden yard with a bar serving perfect breakfasts and nice cocktails. The room was truly beautiful, with wooden ceilings and great light design. Very cozy. The hotel does not have a washing machine but the receptionist took our clothes to public laundry for us. 100% service!!!

Great location on the heights of the lake "5 Lagos". The cabins are modest but very pleasant. The catering service is good. Plenty of opportunities for interesting walking routes. It is also possible to take on on-site car tours. Very good option.
