Myself, husband and 19month old recently stayed here and found it to be absolutely perfect for our first family holiday. The apartment was spotless. Location was perfect- 10 minute walk to beach, shops, restaurants etc. The beds were extremely comfortable and my son's travel cot was made up with nice linen and ready for our arrival. We always travel with stick on blackout blinds however these weren't needed as the apartment has blackout shutters which also made us feel extremely safe. There was plenty of crockery and kitchen appliances. The pools were great and plenty of sun loungers for use. It was also extremely helpful that there was a washing machine and drying rack when travelling with children. The apartment had plenty of space for us and a lovely dining table to enjoy meals plus a high chair. There was a small kids play area next to the pool which was good too. We highly recommend this apartment.

During a 2 1/2 week swing through Portugal, we used this space as a base to explore several Algarve beaches. The stay matched our expectation and we were particularly pleased with the nice touches of: a heater on the unusually cold March nights; two really functional cutting boards; a funky but functional coffee maker; and the graceful and friendly host and hostess. Guests should be aware that there is not parking right at the space, and the old winding cobblestone streets made the apartment initially difficult to find, but for us these only added to the charm of the place. Excellent local restaurant, the Den, serves really great pizza and salads!

I cannot recommend this apartment enough, we would definitely stay here again! It's a gorgeous high-end unit with lots of natural light and several patios, very spacious and tastefully decorated. The hosts were wonderful and sent very clear check-in instructions ahead of time along with some good recommendations for local restaurants. They responded to messages very promptly and showed up right away to fix a lightbulb that had burned out during our stay. The area is very walkable, only about a 5-10 minute walk to the main bus station and Lagos Old Town with some good restaurants and cafes close by. Highly recommend this spot to anyone staying in Lagos!

Great apartment and facilities with excelent access to the beach. The exterior and interior swimming pools were really nice, always clean and chairs available. Our host, David, was always very available and responsive to ensure our staying would be the best. We loved it and will be back.

Staying at Ibora's was a fantastic experience. We came for Christmas and felt completely at home. First of all, the apartment has been beautifully renovated, and she has done an amazing job with it. It has everything you need and is incredibly comfortable—we truly felt at home away from home. Last but not least, Iboras was an absolute angel, from her quick response time to her friendly attitude. I highly recommend staying here—6 out of 5 stars! Thank you Ibora, we will comeback !

everything was perfect, and pretty much as on the pictures, and described. very complete house. christelle was always responsive and helpful, and Silvia who is available in Bordeira for any issues/ questions, was the best - and we were always happy when we ran into her. there is an awesome local cafe nearby with good food, drinks and the most welcoming people we have met in a while. in the end we extended our stay a bit :) the location is top. it is quiet but many hot spots are easy to access (Lagos, Sagres, Aljezur, Alentejo, monchique..)... an incredible amount of beaches are close by. from the house you can access many trekking paths, and beautiful viewing points are right around. highly recommend a stay!

Spend a few days in holy week with my dog and everything is perfect. The accommodation corresponds to the photos and is located in a quiet area well located if you have a car. Luis was very helpful and kind, I would repeat without hesitation.

Ideal house to spend a week in the Algarve, a few meters from a great beach to relax, a quiet and well-connected area. The house was quite clean and had all kinds of amenities, we would definitely come back.

Our stay with Warren was absolutely lovely! Everything matched the description perfectly and even exceeded our expectations. The Airbnb was clean and comfortable, with a modern bathroom and an extra toilet in the utility room, which was very convenient. The location is ideal – just 10-15 minutes to get to Lagos, yet the area was quiet. The outdoor area was a highlight; we used it a lot and had complete privacy. We also never had any issues finding a parking spot nearby. Warren was a fantastic host, very friendly, and communication was always quick and easy. We highly recommend staying here!

Six of us had 10 very nice days in Maike's apartment. Check-in was super flexible and easy. Everything is super clean and perfectly equipped. Maike had very good tips for us and the area is very nice. The beach is within walking distance and you are close to the sea. Although we were there very early in the year (early April), the pool was already pleasant and the weather is also great. We would definitely come again!!

Vitor’s place is beautiful! We stayed 7 nights and couldn’t be happier with our choice. It’s very close to restaurants and shopping, but in a nice residential neighborhood. Both outside areas are lovely, 2 bathrooms is a definite plus, the kitchen is very functional. Don’t hesitate to book this place! It’s just great!!

We can’t say enough good things about Stacy and Jim’s home!!! It was beautiful, centrally located, and had everything we needed. The terrace was a perfect place to sit, and all of the rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The view of the ocean was amazing to wake up to every morning. BOOK THIS HOME FOR YOUR TRIP TO CARVOEIRO. You won’t regret it :)

A very pleasant stay near Lagos. We are a family with 3 young children and this stay was ideal with them. Playground, swimming pool, sports field are available on site. The flat is very spacious and clean! The terrace is a nice plus! Communication went very smoothly! Recommend!

Jorge’s place was really a home away from home especially with our three little girls (5, 4, 1.5 years old). Our girls loved the two bunkbeds. It was spacious, super clean & the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you’d need to cook meals but also walkable to many beaches and restaurants; however one of our favourites was the restaurant just below the building! We loved the beach behind the building as well which was only a few minutes walk. We didn’t end up using the pools in the facility but everything looked great! Jorge himself was very responsive, professional and definitely a superhost helping us check-in as we booked this Airbnb very last minutes and got there later in the evening. The shampoo and conditioner in the showers were nicer than the ones I have at home. I highly recommend this place and we would definitely stay here again when we come back to Portugal in the future. The apartment is located in a quiet area. It is located near the beach, the Marina and the old town of Lagos. Everything was very tidy, well equipped and clean. Pedro was a very nice host and the communication was fast and fluid. He also gave us directions on points of interest.

Beautiful, spacious apartment with very close walking access to all main parts of the city. The apartment had everything you needed for a comfortable stay, it was well prepared with the perfect little touches! We will definitely stay here again!

Loved staying at this apartment. It was clean, walkable to the beach, cafes, local restaurants , and within a 10-20 minute drive to all the more hidden less touristy beaches. It was a perfect landing spot. To give A little context : we had to leave two Airbnbs prior to this because of terrible mold /dampness issues and it was a nice respite to finally find a healthy home. Thank you!
