The main room has a queen bed, and a futon couch, TV with ROKU, small kitchen with microwave, small oven and hot plate, table seats 4 comfortably. Designated parking! Full bathroom, place to hang garments, suitcase stand and a walk-in rain shower with separate hand held wand. Also a few miles from Mayfaire Shopping Center, Airlie Gardens and other attractions.

This guest suite consists of one bedroom (King bed) and a full bath. The private entrance is located on the front porch and the space is closed off from rest of the home. Space does not include a living room or kitchen. but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, comfortable sitting space, and a large porch to relax. There is also an air purifier in the room- with HEPA filtration, removing 99.9 of all particles in the air. The space is the size of an average hotel room.

Close Enough is an apartment with two bedrooms. Common area consists of kitchen, living room with tv and DVD player, laundry room, and bathroom. First bedroom: queen bed. Second bedroom: two twin beds. Comfortable with 4 guests. There is an additional fee for any more than 4 guests. There is an outside shower under the stairs. There is parking in the driveway for one vehicle. 15 minutes from Wrightsville Beach/downtown Wilmington. Age requirement: 25 & over
