Spacious 2-room apartment with panoramic balcony on a remote farm with many animals. Additional rooms available (No. 2 and 3). Children up to 12 years are free - please do not enter! You can help with milking the 70 cows. There are horses for trail rides and riding lessons by arrangement/payment. Rustic pool with its own spring water. Breakfast ingredients are available - but you have to prepare it yourself. Ideal starting point for nature experiences, also interesting cities/museums/amusement park nearby.

The surroundings invite you to take small walks, for example to the best preserved piece of the Upper Germanic-Rhaetian Limes. Suitable for singles, couples, craftsmen (2 separate bedrooms), business travelers. The town of Öhringen with all shops is 5 km away.

Farm: A different way of living.

Welcome! We have two free parking spaces available, but you can also park directly in front of the apartment. It goes via stairs into the living area, so unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. The living, sleeping and kitchen area is very cozy and there is an individual wooden bathtub available, from which you can also watch TV. The toilet is a separate room. WiFi is available. It can also be eaten outdoors, for example on our stream bridge or in the stable passage.

Apartment in a central city location

The apartment is located directly on the edge of the old town and thus everything is within walking distance. Only a few stairs and meters of altitude have to be overcome (typical hall). The market square (known from the open-air games Schwäbisch Hall) and the Michaelskirche are only a few minutes' walk away. Almost down the stairs and you're there. The guest apartment is located in a separate building with its own access. We, the hosts, are the neighbors.

Quiet apartment on the farm Ruckhardtshausen

A quiet non-smoking apartment with separate entrance awaits you on the 2nd floor of the former distillery of the estate. Directly connected is the main house, which today serves as a guest and seminar house. The square courtyard is surrounded by natural gardens, orchards & fields. Welcome to our cozy apartment! We have lovingly renovated it and made it a perfect place for a little break. We live here very quietly on the edge of a small village. So if you're looking for supermarkets, bars, etc., you're unfortunately not in the right place. But you get peace and quiet here. The perfect place to stay before or after the Badewelt, which is only about 15 minutes by car. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Cozy, bright attic apartment in a spacious two-family house in a quiet location close to the forest in Weinsberg. Whether artists, commuters, on assembly, hiking, wine and short breaks, whether alone or as a couple, as a starting point for all activities in the diverse Weinsberg Valley, the property is ideally suited. Pantry kitchen (outside the bedroom), private bathroom and balcony offer the necessary independence and retreat.

Beautiful bright studio in Möckmühl

The apartment is in the basement of my house. They use the apartment only for themselves and also have their own entrance. The living area is a bright room and has an area of about 26 sqm. The sofa serves as a sleeping opportunity and has a width of 1.40 m and is sufficient for 2 people. On the sofa is a foam upholstery of about 6 cm. Another sleeping option is a normal bed. Parking is available in the immediate vicinity.
