You can walk to the woods from the yard, where there are ready-made trails and traces of a sled in the winter. Walking dogs is also easy in nature. The house has a kitchen, a wood-burning sauna, washrooms, a washer, a dryer, a TV, an air source heat pump, wifi, and a river view of the Simo River. Ready for bedding, towels, and detergents. Toys and games for the kids! There is a new barbecue cabin in the yard and a lean-to on the beach for campfires!

The cottage is quietly located on the banks of the Iijoki River. The cottage can accommodate 1-3 guests. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunity. Yliranta equestrian farm 6 km, Ii city center 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-burning sauna. The cottage has a well-stocked kitchen and bedding. Firewood incl. Linens for an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by arrangement €10/stay. Hot tub or outdoor hot tub for an additional cost of 100€. The renter must do the final cleaning. We charge 80€ for unmade cleaning.

Welcome to stay in this new, peaceful sauna cabin. Here you can relax in the soft steam of the wooden sauna and stay in a cozy cabin. The sauna cabin is 26m2 in total. On the side of the cabin, there is a double bed, a sofa for two, a small table and a fridge, as well as a coffee maker. In addition, a bathroom/toilet, sauna and terrace. Gas grill on the terrace. The price includes bedding and towels, as well as final cleaning. Free parking in the yard. Electric car charging available. (11kw) Charge 0.25€/kWh.

Log cabin of about 80m2, upstairs the sleeping areas are divided into two parts, one with a wide double bed, a balcony and the other with a slightly smaller double bed and a fold-out bed. The upstairs sleeping area can accommodate 6 people. Downstairs there is an open kitchen/living room. Access to the sauna from the terrace, the sauna has a wood-fired stove with a water tank. The water used for washing must be prepared by yourself (no shower). The toilet (outdoor toilet) and wood shed are in another building.
