It inhabits a green and illuminated space, full of plants, books and Mexican folk art, in a building from 1920, awarded as an architectural restoration project. The loft has two floors, a double bed, a sofa bed bed, full bathroom bathroom and kitchen. It is located in Colonia Juarez on the edge with the colonies Condesa and Roma and at a pedestrian distance from the historic center of the city. A very safe and peaceful street. And about the acclaimed Rosseta bakery for an excellent breakfast! The apartment is a loft inside a 1920 building, awarded as an architectural restoration project. It has lots of natural light and ventilation and double height that amplifies the feeling of space. It has wide access corridors that allow you to pass through the renovated building and a laundry area. The sidewalk of the building is equipped as a public space with a landscaped area and benches. There is a 24-hour watchman in the building, who can assist in case of any need. The building is located within walking distance of the Historic Center, Chapultepec Forest, Reforma and the well-known Condesa and Roma neighborhoods. It's also close to major public transportation stations. Three blocks from the insurgent subway station, two blocks from the metro bus and half a block from the Niza taxi stand. Area very well covered by uber. Parking is street parking, or two public parking lots are located on the block. There will be one person on the property available if needed

For entertainment there is a 48" Smart TV with Netflix, and a variety of books. I keep my welcome very short, don't really like to be invasive; but I'm always available for tips, suggestions, parties, etc... Historic downtown neighborhood which has been elegantly modernized. Surrounded by art galleries, markets, and restaurants, it neighbors Condesa and La Juarez. La Roma is known as one of the two culinary centers in town. Location is absolutely great, you can just walk to mostly all the interesting places. When going to a museum or tour you can take the subway or bike, these are also very near. There is a bike share station just across the street. Feel free to water the plants once a week. The building has 24 hour security and doorman.
