Climate-smart small cabin

Between Nybro and Kalmar is our little cottage. It is newly renovated, simple standard with outdoor toilet (separate). The kitchen is well-equipped with kitchen accessories and wood-burning stove as well as refrigerator. In the garden, there is garden furniture and a barbecue grill, an outdoor shower where you can shower under the open sky. The cabin is equipped with solar cells that provide limited but sufficient electricity for for example, refrigerator and lighting. The cottage is not suitable for families with children/people with disabilities due to the sleeping loft with a steep staircase.

Nice house with large garden plot in a south-facing location on fantastic Oknö! The sea is within walking distance, just a few minutes walk from the house. On Oknö, there are several lovely beaches and the possibility of good fishing. On the island, there are also campsites, a restaurant and an ice cream kiosk. The house has a bright open floor plan with 2 bedrooms and a lovely glazed sunroom with access to the garden. The kitchen is fresh with a pleasant dining area. On the property, there is also a greenhouse with garden furniture, as well as a playhouse for the children.

Cozy cabin of 40 square meters, bedroom 1 with 1.40 bed, bedroom 2 with bunk bed, toilet with shower and washing machine, living room with sofa dining table and TV, kitchen/kitchenette with fridge, freezer and bench stove with two plates and oven. There is a guest house on the property with a bunk bed, perfect for teenagers. A total of 5 beds with 3 people, it works fine as the house is small, wifi and TV are available. Duvet covers and towels are included. BBQ facilities and two patios. Two bicycles are available to borrow, let me know before.

Oknölund

Welcome to rent our house on the island of Oknö outside Mönsterås. The house is located right by the sea and has a large garden with patio. The house is detached, the host couple live in a different part. The house offers three separated bedrooms, a fireplace, a kitchen, two toilets, living room and a dining room. The location is fantastic with 25 m to the sea and Oknö offers several beaches and there are two campsites, two restaurants, a mini life and several ice cream kiosks. Smålandstorpet

Welcome to Torestorps Drängstuga - an ancient house in the heart of Småland! Here, the fairy tales, heroes, love, hard work and party live in the walls. The house is about 100 m2 on two floors and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-fired fireplace, a sauna in the forest and Doris the cat is happy to stay with you if you want to have company.

You are close proximity to a number of beaches on the island and there are two campsites on Oknö and a restaurant. You have about 8 km into Mönsterås which has several different shops and restaurants and a water palace. Our home has been lovingly renovated to offer modern comforts while retaining its rustic charm, making it the perfect getaway for families and nature lovers alike. Accommodates up to 6 guests. Bright entrance, one double bedroom, a modern kitchen with a welcoming living room that offers views of the garden and forest. On the upper floor there is a large Loft divided in two areas offering a super king bed and two queens bed.

Centralt beläget gårdshus i pittoresk gammal miljö på torget där husen ligger tätt.Gångavstånd till fik, mysiga butiker, hav, hamn och skog. Gårdshus nära ägarbostad med ett rum och kokvrå.Badrum med dusch. Det finns en 140 cm säng och en liten bäddsoffa på 110 cm som passar till små barn. Katter finns på tomten och Katter o hundar vistas i huset ibland så inget för allergiker. Medtag egna lakan och handdukar alt. hyr för 75 kr per person. Nivåskillnader o trappor på tomten. Man städar själv.

Åslemåla, a beautiful place on the country side

A small guest house with room for 4 people, located on the country side. Kitchen, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, stove, toilett, Tv, dvd, play station 3.....if you can not find the second bed room... look again and it helps if you have seen the movie Narnia :)....There is no shower in the guest house, but an out door shower in the garden… also no wi-fi in the guest house. A peaceful and quiet environment in middle of the nature....
