Cozy construction trailer to feel good, in the garden with pear and apple trees and with two ducks. Idyllic in all seasons. The lake is accessed from the garden gate, across the street and another 150 m..., then you are at the swimming lake, walk around the lake 1.5 km. Self-sufficient in the construction trailer. A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). We (Gesa and Christoph with our two children) live in the house on the property.

There are bakeries, supermarkets and restaurants in walking distance. The balcony is perfect for relaxing.

The penthouse is located in Esting, just 20 minutes by train from downtown Munich and 30 minutes from the airport. It's in the attic of our house. We live downstairs with our two children: a 10-year-old boy and a 4-year-old girl. Esting train station is an 8-minute walk away. A 10-minute walk away you will find supermarkets and everything you need for your convenience. If you need it, we also offer transportation from the airport to the house
