Monthly Rentals in old nice, Nice

Great location, right in the old city. Close to public transports to any direction. Ernesto was very supportive and quick in communication. We have two small children, the apartment had everything we needed. We really liked the apartment and can recommend to anyone traveling to Nice.

This apartment with panoramic views over Nice was absolutely charming. Immaculately clean, very peaceful with tasteful mid-century furniture, gorgeous terracotta tiled floor, modern bathroom, very light and airy with everything you need for your stay in beautiful Nice. And so convenient for walking around Old Nice and beyond. Mathieu was beyond helpful and friendly and was super responsive. The apartment is on the top floor (the stairs as you’d expect in an old building are steep) but so worth the climb as you enter the space and can see the views for yourself. Just gorgeous. We had a very comfortable stay and would definitely recommend. Thank you Mathieu & Nico

Had a great stay in the apartment. It was clean, lovely shower and comfortable bed. The location was ideal . We loved Nice and went to Cannes and Monaco by train. The tram was easy to use from and to the airport. I would highly recommend this apartment you will have a wonderful stay.

Stayed in the apartment for the second time and will be back in October. Highly recommended.
