Monthly Rentals in Old Quebec, La Cité-Limoilou

A very nice studio apartment, with everything necessary for long or short term stay at a very good price given the location. The host was very responsive and helpful. I stayed for several weeks and should I need to stay in Quebec again, especially for a long term stay, I would definitely go back!

I leave this little loft gem after a beautiful 3-month stay. Such a comforting place optimally located to fall in love with downtown Quebec City without ever taking a car. Bicycle, walk, bus are enough to go everything. Just quiet enough as a street to rest, but a 2-minute walk from city life when you want a bath of people! And what about this privileged access to Old Quebec, the most beautiful place in Canada! Thanks to Lyse for allowing all this!

I stayed for two months and experienced both the rush of the holiday season and the peaceful weeks before and after. The flat is gorgeous and so well located. Nearly everything is walkable and what isn’t you can get delivered. The building is quiet and the neighbours, when there, were all very friendly. The building and the area were very safe. I never felt uneasy as a solo traveler. The area is like living in a postcard. Steps from the touristy bits and minutes from the river (I walked along it every day) and very convenient to get up the hill for all the shops and sights. François always answered quickly and Sylvie and Guy were nearby in case anything needed sorting in the flat. Highly recommend.

i was extremely pleased with the location of the loft. marie made me feel very welcome. i would highly recommend this lovely place to anyone looking for fun, out and about, then coming home to an amazingly cozy place. i hope to return!
