Monthly Rentals in Old Road Town

Great place! Super private and beautiful view of the island. Felt safe and lots of parking. Good amenities. Shared washer/dryer so bring or buy some laundry detergent. Very responsive host. Need a car to get to things on the island but short drive to the most popular places. It took us over an hour across lots of hills in the heat to walk to the beach so plan on having a car. Don’t plan on cooking too much in the kitchen - it is small and just has the bare necessities.

Shanika was very kind and responsive! I booked maybe two days before arriving and she was extremely communicative. She had everything ready for my son and I and she as very accommodating when we decided to go see family first before checking in. I have already recommended this place to family on the island looking to host other family members and I am looking forward to staying here again in the future. I would recommend 10 out of 10 simply by the hospitality I’ve been a lot of places and felt very much like I got hotel accommodations plus more. Def worth the price considering how well you will be hosted!

This place was very nice. It was very easy to find with the instructions that were given. It was a very smooth check in and very clean. The host Kjellin was always responsive and helpful with anything that I needed. She went above and beyond to help me when my bags were lost at the airport. I would definitely recommend this location and outstanding host.

We had such a nice time at Akilah’s, it was exactly as described and we spent many days hanging out by the pool. We stayed with our 7 month old baby and it was perfect! Akilah and her family were lovely as well, if there was any issue they were so quick to fix it. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting St Kitts!
