“Would highly recommend! We used the apartment as a home base in town while we were visiting family. It was great to have a parking space off the road. Everything in or near town was less than a ten minute drive. Check in was a breeze and the apartment is beautifully kept. We really enjoyed the cozy space and found it perfect for two adults. We really enjoyed the tea that was provided and some of the other amenities. It was nice to have space/drawers to unpack a little. We will definitely plan on trying to stay here again when we return to town for future visits!”

“Had a wonderful stay at this Air B and B... in fact I extended my visit an extra day! It’s exactly as advertised, except... better! Bill and Lynn are excellent hosts. It’s located near enough to be convenient to the highway, but off the beaten path in a little beach community. Immaculate and cozy with all kinds of thoughtful touches, a breakfast goodie, creamer, coffee pods, and extra beach chairs and towels. Very easy to communicate with the hosts who live on property. It was great to have access to a boat launch nearby, and the beach. Definitely grab food at Riverside Grocery, which was within a walkable distance. There is a little back porch, covered in grape vines, perfect for relaxing and reading a book. Very comfortable, clean bed. While I didn’t need an ADA bathroom, I was impressed by how nice it was. Grab bars, and seats in the shower, (plus really good water pressure for being this close to the beach!) Looking forward to returning for another stay at “It’s A Shore Thing.””
Fishing blackhall pond... boat... kayak.. canoe on premises...great setting.. sunsets...quiet... peaceful slice of heaven. No extra charge for the Bullfrog!!!
“I hesitate to strongly suggest June’s bungalow to anyone else because I want to selfishly keep it available for myself. But I am an honest person, so here goes: we had one of the best Airbnb experiences at the bungalow. June’s outstanding warmth and hospitality shows through all of her thoughtful touches throughout the house and through her open communication and willingness to accommodate anything her guests may need. At the bungalow, you will find everything that you need for a tranquil getaway - a screened in porch (our favorite), a beautiful water-view, sunsets, boating (although we used our floatie instead), AC, and a full kitchen where we cooked all of our food. Everything was sparkling clean and she provides everything you can ever need. And most importantly, our dogs were very happy there too. If you’re lucky like we were, you may even catch a glimpse of a beaver swimming around at night. We can’t wait to return.”
